Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that physical media must be returned in its original, sealed shrink-wrap unless the product itself is faulty.
How do pre-orders work for upcoming album releases?
Pre-ordered items are charged at the time of purchase and are scheduled to ship 1-2 days before the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.
