At Nuclear Blast Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order of metal merchandise and media. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
